1. Information we collect

Information you give us

When you request a quote on the Site, we collect:

• your name
• your phone number
• your ZIP code
• anything you write in the project details field, such as your TV size or wall type

When you call or text us, or when we schedule and complete a job, we may also collect your service address, photos of your wall or TV that you choose to send us, and details about the work.

Information collected automatically

When you use the Site, some information is collected automatically:

• Google Analytics collects information about how you use the Site, such as the pages you view, how long you stay, the device and browser you use, the website that referred you, and your approximate location based on your IP address.
• Google Ads conversion tracking records whether you arrived from one of our ads and whether you then sent a quote request, so we can tell which ads are working.
• Our hosting providers record standard technical information for each request to the Site, such as your IP address, browser type, the page requested and the time of the request.

2. How we use your information

We use the information we collect to:

• respond to your quote request and answer your questions
• schedule, carry out and follow up on your job, including our 90-day workmanship guarantee
• contact you by phone call or text message about your request or appointment
• understand how visitors use the Site and which ads bring us customers
• keep the Site secure and working, and prevent abuse
• comply with the law and protect our rights

We don't use the contact details from your quote request to send you marketing messages.

3. How we share information

We don't sell your personal information, and we don't share it with anyone for their own marketing.

We share information only with the service providers that help us run the Site and our business:

• Telegram — quote requests sent through the Site are delivered to us as private messages through Telegram.
• Railway — hosts the Site and the server that processes quote requests.
• Cloudflare — delivers the Site and protects it from attacks.
• Google — provides Google Analytics, Google Ads, the map on our home page (Google Maps) and the Site's fonts (Google Fonts). Loading the map or the fonts sends your IP address to Google.

We may also disclose information if the law requires it, to protect our rights or someone's safety, or as part of a sale or transfer of our business.

4. Cookies and analytics

Google Analytics and Google Ads set cookies in your browser to measure visits and ad performance. The Google Map embedded on our home page may also set Google cookies.

Your options:

• Block or delete cookies in your browser settings. The Site still works without them.
• Install the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.
• Manage ad personalization in Google My Ad Center.
• Read how Google uses information from sites that use its services.

Do Not Track. Some browsers can send a "Do Not Track" signal. There is no common standard for how websites should respond to it, and the Site doesn't currently respond to these signals.

5. How long we keep information

We keep quote requests and job details for as long as we need them to provide our services, honor our workmanship guarantee and keep the business records we're required to keep. When we no longer need them, we delete them.

Analytics data is kept by Google according to the retention settings on our Google Analytics account. Our hosting providers keep technical logs for a limited period under their own policies.

6. Your choices

You can ask us to:

• tell you what personal information we have about you
• correct information that's wrong
• delete your information

To make a request, call or text us at (708) 669-6471. We may need to confirm your identity first, and we may keep information that we're legally required to keep. Depending on where you live, your state's law may give you additional rights; contact us and we'll help. We won't treat you differently for making a request.

7. Security

We use reasonable safeguards to protect your information. The Site is served over HTTPS, quote requests are delivered directly to us instead of being stored in a website database, and access to our accounts is limited. No method of sending or storing information is completely secure, so we can't guarantee absolute security.

8. Children

The Site and our services are intended for adults. We don't knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has sent us personal information, contact us and we'll delete it.

9. Links to other sites

The Site links to our Instagram and Facebook pages and to Google Maps. Those services have their own privacy policies, and we're not responsible for how they handle information.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we'll change the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. If a change is significant, we'll also note it on the Site.
