1. Our services

We mount TVs on walls, install soundbars and take down mounted TVs for customers in Chicago and the surrounding suburbs. The details of each job, including what we'll install, where and for what price, are agreed with you before we start.

2. Quotes and prices

• Prices on the Site are starting prices. Your final price depends on your TV size, wall type, location and anything else the job involves.
• We confirm your price before we start work. The price we quote is the price you pay, unless you ask us to do additional work or the job turns out to be different from what was described to us. If that happens, we'll explain the change and get your approval before continuing.
• A travel fee applies outside Chicago city limits, and mounting on brick or concrete costs extra, as shown in our pricing.
• We may change the prices on the Site at any time. Changes don't affect a price we've already quoted you.

3. Payment

Payment is due when the job is complete.

4. What you need to provide

• The TV mount. You supply the wall mount, and it must be rated for your TV's size and weight. If we believe your mount isn't suitable or safe for your TV or wall, we'll tell you and won't install it until the issue is resolved.
• Permission to drill. You confirm that you own the property or have permission from the owner, landlord, condo board or HOA to mount on the wall. You're responsible for following any building rules about drilling or installation.
• Accurate information about your TV, your wall and the work you want done.
• Access. An adult (18 or older) present at the appointment, a clear path to the work area and a working power outlet nearby.

5. Things we can't see inside your walls

We use care and appropriate tools to locate studs and avoid anything behind the wall, but we can't see inside it. We're not responsible for damage caused by concealed conditions we couldn't reasonably have detected, such as hidden wiring, pipes or ductwork, or wall material that is weaker than it appears, unless the damage results from our negligence.

6. Cancellations and rescheduling

You can cancel or reschedule an appointment at any time, free of charge. Please let us know as early as you can so we can offer the time to another customer.

We may need to reschedule because of illness, emergencies, unsafe conditions or other circumstances beyond our control. If that happens, we'll let you know as soon as possible and find a new time with you.

7. Our 90-day workmanship guarantee

The guarantee doesn't cover:

• defects in a mount, hardware or other equipment you supplied
• a TV that is heavier or larger than the mount is rated for
• a mount or TV that has been moved, adjusted or reinstalled by anyone other than us
• damage from accidents, misuse, impacts or excessive force, for example pulling hard on a full-motion arm
• deterioration of the wall itself, or water, fire or other damage to the building
• the TV, soundbar or other electronics themselves

8. If something goes wrong

If you believe our work damaged your property, please contact us as soon as possible, and before any repairs are made, so we can see the damage and work with you to put it right.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• We're not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, such as lost time or loss of use of your TV.
• Our total liability for any claim relating to the Services is limited to the amount you paid us for that job, except for damage to your property caused by our negligence.

Nothing in these Terms limits any liability that can't be limited under Illinois law.

10. Using the Site

• The Site is for learning about our Services and requesting quotes. Please don't misuse it, for example by sending false requests, trying to break or overload it, or scraping its content.
• Information on the Site, including prices, is general and may change. We try to keep it accurate, but we don't promise it's always complete or current. The photos show real jobs we've done; your result depends on your TV, mount and wall.
• The Site's text, photos, logo and design belong to us. You may not copy or reuse them without our permission.
• The Site links to third-party services such as Instagram, Facebook and Google Maps. We don't control them and aren't responsible for them.

11. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect and use personal information.

12. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois. If you have a problem, please contact us first; most issues can be sorted out with a phone call. If we can't resolve a dispute informally, it will be handled by the state or federal courts located in Cook County, Illinois.

13. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version in effect when you book a job applies to that job. When we make changes, we'll update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page.
